Talpalav system as the name says Sole Spray. Tal in Sanskrit Means sole and Palav in Sanskrit means to spray.
Microorganisms have the ability to cross-contaminate floors, food processing Units, Nutraceutical plants, Pharmaceutical plants, Clinical research labs, and Cleanrooms by attaching themselves to the soles of workers’ soles and boots. This can be responsible for many outbreaks of Pathogenic contamination such as Blusterier, E.coli, or salmonella.
Emerge Hygiene’s Talpalav Footwear Sanitation System comes with a Footwear Sole scrubber to remove Dirt and Dust from the shoe sole and the footwear Sanitizing system casts an additional layer of Microorganism and Pathogen protection by spraying a fine mist of sanitizer on the shoe sole of the workers thus reducing the spread of Infection and cross-contamination from footwear before employees enter the production area or other critical control zones.
Talpalav comes in two Variants:
- Manually Operated
- Pneumatically Operated.
Manually Operated Talpalav does not need any power source and will sanitize both shoe bottoms at the same time by simply pulling the activation handle which would spray approx 12 ml of sanitizer on both shoe bottom.
Pneumatically Operated Talpalav works on Pneumatic technology, thus would need a compressed air connection for Operation. This also will sanitize both the shoe bottom at the same time by standing on the unit and the pneumatic switch placed beneath the left leg would help to spray a fine mist of 14 ml of sanitizer on both the shoe bottom.
Less consumption of chemicals will minimize chemical waste and Improve Moisture control. This system is designed to use all kinds of sanitizers.
