Stainless steel holders differ in hopper capacity (300 ml, 500 ml or 1000 ml) and valve type. They are specially designed for applications in which particles or microorganisms need to remain on the surface of membrane filters. The stainless steel frit ensures a uniform distribution of retained particles over the entire surface of the membrane filter. Special features make it easy to use these filter holders during routine testing. Easy to handle with a single clamp for secure attachment or convenient funnel removal.

Large Sanitary Stainless Steel Pressure Filter Holders for batch type laboratory filtration using disc media. Sanitary connections can be completely disassembled for thorough cleaning. Clean holder design minimizes resistance and maximizes flow rate.

Use in-line to ultraclean or sterilize gases or liquids such as blood fractions, pure water, and pharmaceutical applications.

The holder features a PTFE coated photo etched stainless steel filter support screen for autoclaving with filter in place. Fittings are 1.5″ with tri-clamp to 14.3mm hose barb. Unit comes standard with silicone o-ring. Other materials are available. Seal membrane by hand tightening locking wing nuts.

The 47 mm filter holders are designed for in-line

liquid or gas filtration. They open and close easily

without disturbing the filter disc. Used for in-line

removal of particles or microbial contaminants from

liquid and gases. Tubing connectors accept 9.5 mm I.D.

Tubing and can be replaced by a SS Nut  fitting to be

used with a syringe.

Open Faced Filter Holder is used for sampling

of air (aerosols) environment. Unit can be used for

vaccum  and pressure filtration only.

Tubing connector accepts 9.5 mm ID tubing.
