Nitrogen Evaporator

Nitrogen Evaporator Model: AE-EV-100 is a Precision Sample Concentrator by Nitrogen Purging. It is a newly designed Sample Concentrator for multiple sample pre-concentration of in organic media. A Table Top Model. The unit can be set to a constant Flow and constant Temperature to ensure good evaporation.
It is fully microprocessor controlled and water bath, Temperature, gas station, and more advantage LCD display, over Temp. Heater ON/OFF LED, door open display, high-temperature Thermal cutoff for safety for the best quality and best performance.
Nitrogen Evaporator is an automated high-speed, small-volume sample concentrator. It is specially designed for small sample volumes and large batches.
The design for Nitrogen Evaporation of solvents in analysis in drug testing labs. It is ideal for sample volumes from 1 mL to 5 mL.
Microprocessor control maintains the water bath at the set temperature and the times for the operation. Gas can be turned ON in a selected manifold depending on the number of samples. Nitrogen gas is blown through nozzle manifolds into samples which turn off automatically. Audio alarms indicate when the process is complete. Nitrogen Evaporator sample concentrate is a fast & convenient way of concentrating multiple samples at once. This in combination with the heat from the Nitrogen Gas Purging below produced ideal conditions for a fast & efficient Evaporator. The standard 100 sample Nitrogen Evaporator is ideal for sample volumes of 1 mL to 5 mL that need to be evaporated in GC, HPLC, LCMS vials, micro-centrifuge tubes, conical bottom tubes, or test tubes. This instrument offers a high throughput of 100 sample positions using the standard range of different sizes racks available.

Evaporation is based on a water bath to give an even temperature and a gas flow delivered over a set time period. This gives the option to evaporate samples to dryness if required and reconstitute them with an alternative solvent.

Nitrogen evaporators are widely used for concentrating liquid samples in various scientific and industrial settings. They are particularly valuable in laboratories for preparing samples for analytical techniques like chromatography and mass spectrometry, as well as in fields like pharmaceuticals, environmental analysis, and food science. Here's a more detailed look at their applications:1. Sample Preparation for Analytical Techniques:

  • Nitrogen evaporators are essential for concentrating liquid samples before analysis, especially when dealing with trace amounts of analytes.
  • They are commonly used to prepare samples for techniques like gas chromatography (GC), liquid chromatography (LC), and mass spectrometry (MS).
  • By removing excess solvent, they enhance the sensitivity and accuracy of these analytical methods.

2. Pharmaceutical Research and Development:

  • Nitrogen evaporators play a crucial role in drug development and quality control.
  • They are used to concentrate samples for analyzing active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), metabolites, and other compounds.
  • This helps in optimizing drug formulations and ensuring product quality.

3. Environmental Analysis:

  • In environmental labs, nitrogen evaporators are used to analyze samples of soil, water, and air for pollutants and contaminants.
  • They help concentrate these samples, making it easier to detect and quantify trace levels of harmful substances.

4. Food and Beverage Industry:

  • Nitrogen evaporators are utilized in the food and beverage industry for quality control and research purposes.
  • They are used to concentrate samples of food and beverages to analyze various components, such as flavors, additives, and contaminants.

5. Other Applications:

  • Chemical Research:Nitrogen evaporators are used to concentrate and purify chemical compounds.
  • Forensic Analysis:They are used to prepare samples for forensic analysis, such as drug testing and toxicology.
  • Molecular Biology and Genomics:They aid in concentrating nucleic acids (DNA and RNA) and proteins for downstream analyses.
  • Polymer Science:They are used in the study of polymers and their properties.

In essence, nitrogen evaporators provide a safe, efficient, and reliable means of sample concentration in various scientific and industrial set
